BLANCHE GRAMBS (1916-2010)Blanche Grambs & Her Artists Friends was held at the Gallery Fall, 2009. She was born in China, came to New York to attended the Art Students League, visited the Pennsylvania Coal Mines with Harry Sternberg's class, and was one of the 219 artists arrested in the WPA strike of December 1, 1936.
