CHARLES KELLER   (1914-2006)
Charles Keller was a painter, printmaker, cartoonist and political activist. Scenes of labor and portraits of the disenfranchised are prominent in his work. A native of Long Island, New York, Keller had a privileged upbringing. He graduated from Cornell University and studied at the Art Students League, with Harry Sternberg and Will Barnet.
